The streets of Toledo, Ohio, were turned into a war zone on Saturday when a 'gunfight' broke out at the Old West End Festival, leaving a trail of destruction and chaos in its wake. The incident, which police are still trying to piece together, resulted in 12 people being injured, with two of them critically hurt. The festival, which was meant to be a celebration of music, food, and community, quickly turned into a scene straight out of a Hollywood movie, with people running for cover and screaming for help.

According to eyewitnesses, the shooting started around 8:30 p.m. and lasted for several minutes, with multiple shots being fired and people scrambling to get out of the way. 'It was like a scene from a movie,' said one eyewitness, who wished to remain anonymous. 'People were running and screaming, and there were shots being fired everywhere.'

Police were quick to respond to the scene, with multiple units arriving within minutes to try and restore order. 'We take these types of incidents very seriously,' said a spokesperson for the Toledo Police Department. 'We are working closely with the FBI and other agencies to investigate this incident and bring those responsible to justice.'

The incident has left the community in shock, with many people struggling to come to terms with what happened. 'This is a tragedy,' said Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz in a statement. 'Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families.'

As the investigation continues, police are urging anyone with information to come forward. 'We need the public's help to solve this crime,' said the police spokesperson. 'If you have any information, please contact us immediately.'

The Old West End Festival was a popular event that drew thousands of people to the area. The incident has raised concerns about public safety and the need for increased security measures at future events.

Police are still trying to determine the motive behind the shooting and are reviewing security footage to identify the suspects. The FBI has also been called in to assist with the investigation.

In the meantime, the community is coming together to support the victims and their families. A fundraising campaign has been set up to help with medical expenses and other costs associated with the incident.
